A little about myself

My name is Al Singer. I was born and raised in Milwaukee WI. I attended Our Lady Queen of Peace Grade School, Don Bosco High School and Marquette University. I played a lot of sports growing up, baseball, football and basketball. My mom passed away in 1975 during my senior year in college. I was married in 1976 and had three boys. My career was with the Milwaukee Police Department. Twenty-five years on the job, retired in 2005 as a Sergeant. I started a Business, an indoor sports and family fun center in 1993 and sold it in 2006. Since retiring I have had many full and part time jobs. My last tally was 42 jobs in my lifetime. I’ve had a good life and I am grateful for everything the universe has given to me. I look forward to writing more about my life and health. Hopefully I can help someone out there overcome their struggles.
